Pool Noodle Flip-flop Wreath

I got together with some friends this morning and we had a blast making these cute little wreaths with pool noodles from the dollar store. We all fell in love with a design we saw on Pinterest. We used the smaller noodles that are about 2 1/2" in diameter and we bent them into a circle and used packing tape to secure them. We then made some very easy and cute felt flowers. You can find the tutorial to make your own here.
We wrapped the noodle wreath form in 4 inch wide fabric strips and secured all the elements with hot glue. I ran out of time and wasn't able to finish my wreath until I got home. Just when I thought I was done, I decided I needed to add the pennant element that I had seen on another Pinterest project. So glad I did! I think this turned out to be a super cute summer wreath. My mind is spinning with possibilities for future incarnations. Yay!!
